Here’s Where to Submit Your Ad Copy for
Speaker Showcase Magazine
(deadline to respond: Friday, August 17th, 2012)
Dear Client:
You’re entitled to a free quarter-page ad in the Winter issue of Speaker Showcase Magazine, which promotes your availability for speaking engagements to 5,500 meeting planners at colleges, corporations and trade associations.
Please submit your ad copy by Frday, August 17th, 2012, using the form below.
Here’s what to do:
- Submit ad copy and photo below. Be sure to read our guidelines for writing effective ads. Your photo should be a 300 DPI photo of yourself. Photos appearing on your website are much lower resolution and not acceptable for our magazine. Generally, if the image was taken directly from your camera and not edited for use on the Internet, it will probably be sufficient in size. For best results, set your camera to High quality.
- Consider upgrading your ad. You’re receiving a quarter-page ad which will hold about 120 words total (including headline). If you’d like to stand out from the other ads, you may upgrade your quarter-page to a half-page (only $500 extra) or full-page ($900 extra). Go to www.speakershowcaseupgrade.com
